Théo Lutard
Associate Consultant at Onepoint, Former Student at ESSEC in the Global Circular Economy Chair

Théo Lutard is an Associate Consultant at Onepoint, where he focuses on ESG and sustainability consulting. His work primarily revolves around climate-related issues for financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms, helping them tackle decarbonization and climate risk management.

During his time at ESSEC Business School, Théo was part of the ESSEC Global Circular Economy Chair, where he deepened his expertise in sustainable business models and circular economy strategies. His participation in this program allowed him to work on impactful consulting projects, such as developing a circular business model for EssilorLuxottica's Transitions brand.

Théo holds a Grande École degree from ESSEC, where he also specialized in Green Finance and Energy Transition, giving him a comprehensive view of environmental challenges.

Before joining Onepoint, Théo worked on numerous projects related to sustainability and was involved in thought leadership initiatives, synthesizing industry documents and reference methodologies to enrich the expertise within his firm.

Lucie Perrin
Junior Consultant at Circul'R,  Former Student at ESSEC in the Global Circular Economy Chair

Lucie Perrin is a Junior Consultant at Circul’R, where she works on a variety of projects, both in the public and private sectors, primarily with CAC40 companies. Her role involves supporting the consulting team in delivering impactful solutions that promote sustainability and circular economy practices.

Lucie began her academic journey at NEOMA, where she enrolled in the CESEM program, a four-year Bachelor's degree that included two years of international study at Northeastern University in Boston, specializing in management. Upon her return, she developed a passion for environmental management, which led her to work at UMAï, a company focused on plastic-free cosmetics.

In August 2022, she joined ESSEC's Master's in Sustainable Development, later participating in the Global Circular Economy Chair. Her time in the Chair allowed her to work on practical consulting projects, such as a collaboration with COLAS on a circular economy initiative for a construction project in Montreal.

Lucie’s experience at Circul’r and her strong academic background have shaped her expertise in environmental and social impact, and she continues to contribute to the advancement of the circular economy.
