Léna Massaro - Testimony

Léna Massaro
Junior CSR Specialist at Albea Group, Former Student at ESSEC in the Global Circular Economy Chair

Léna Massaro brings her passion for sustainability to life as a Junior CSR Specialist at Albea Group, where she's making waves in the cosmetic packaging industry. Her journey from the rigorous BCPST classes at Lycée Henri-IV to the innovative halls of PHELMA engineering school reflects her deep-seated interest in the environment and human impact.

It was during her Master's in "Sustainability Transformation" that Léna found her true calling. Her participation in the Circular Economy Chair wasn't just another academic exercise - it was a game-changer. Here, she dove into life cycle analysis and cut her teeth on a real-world project for L'Oréal, giving her a taste of circular business models in action.

Now at Albea, Léna is in her element. She's the go-to person for environmental impact data, working closely with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation to push for 100% reusable packaging. But it's not all numbers and reports - Léna's got her hands full optimizing waste management and brainstorming eco-design solutions.
