The Chair is a reference in terms of Circular Economy Training and Innovation.

It produces annually:


  • MOOCs and e-books to share the Chair's initiatives and to become a reference in Circular Economy training.

  • Research dedicated to Circular Economy. The first research axis are:

  • new economic models (functionality economy…)

  • the influence of regulation on sustainability

  • circular economy competencies and skills observatory

  • circular economy and data

The Chair is perfectly linked to the ESSEC global strategy, through its transition plan "Together." This 360-degree environmental and social transition plan aims at transforming our training programs, our research, and life on our campuses in order to tackle environmental and social challenges. This requires innovation, experimentation, and the creation of new business and economic models.
